Chain-on-Flat Conveyors

SSI Chain-on-Flat drag chain conveyors offer an economical and unobtrusive way to move products through both paint finishing and assembly.  The flush-with-the-floor design of chain-on-flat conveyors keeps aisles clear for both vehicles and foot traffic.  SSI Special Duty Chain-on-Flat conveyors have been used to carry many of the heaviest loads in manufacturing plants.

Type "A" Cross Section for 458, 658, and 678 Chain. Used to drag 4-wheel carts with medium loads.

Type "B" Cross Section for 678, 698 and 998 Chain. Used to drag 4-wheel carts with heavy loads.

Type "C" Cross Section for 458, 658, 678, 698, and 998 Chain. Used to drag extra-heavy carts/products through finishing and assembly operations; railroad rails may also be flush with floor.
